(*) Premium stands have priority over the regular stands when choosing location.
Assembly and disassembly guidelines:
- Stands assembly: November 9, from 9AM to 1PM;
- Stands equipment assembly (laptops, LCDs and other marketing material): November 9, from 2:30PM to 6PM;
- Stands disassembly: November 12, after the afternoon Coffee Break and before 6PM (all structures must be disassembled in this time interval. Otherwise, additional fees can be charged).
Please note that the spaces have an area of 3x2m2 (see Technical Exibition Guide) and are equipped as a standard stand: 1 carpet, 1 single-phase electrical panel (extra extensions are not included), and 1 power socket. If needed, furniture must be rented separately.
